What's new from eVamb — month one.

New arrivals · 2026-05-31

First edition of our monthly arrivals column. A short read on what shipped from the lab this month — new product capabilities, new pilots, new shapes opened up to design partners.

neekOS — v7.2 ships bilingual voice handoff

neekOS Business AI Suite v7.2 is now live at neekos.evamb.com. The headline addition: bilingual voice handoff for inbound customer calls. When a caller speaks French, neekOS detects the language inside the first phrase and routes the call to the FR-CA voice agent — same brand voice, same compliance gates, no awkward mid-call switch. The customer never has to ask.

Other improvements in v7.2: faster post-auth (~ 600 ms reduction on first-paint), tightened conversation-handler grounding (fewer "let me check on that" stalls), and a redesigned dashboard that puts pending approvals above active flows.

Connext Doctors — second pilot wave opens

The first pilot wave (three clinics in Ontario) closed last month with median referral acknowledgment time at 38 minutes versus the fax-loop baseline of 2.4 days. We're opening a second wave: three clinics each in BC, Quebec, and Alberta. Pilot terms unchanged — 90 days, fee waived, weekly check-ins with your admin team. Send a note if you want a slot.

Connext Refer — full account dashboard now live

The seeker-side dashboard at connextrefer.evamb.com is now feature-complete. Results, downloads, phone editing, password changes, sign-out — all in one place. The employer side is in private beta with a handful of design partners; broader rollout coming in two months.

Custom builds — next quarterly slots open

Three design-partner slots open for next quarter. Two are tentatively committed (one healthcare, one cross-border DTC); the third is open. Engagement shape unchanged — twelve weeks, four phases, you walk away owning the system. Read the engagement model.

Lab notes — what's coming

Two long-form posts in the queue for next month: How we built the five-gate output pipeline and a post-mortem on a four-day outage in our referral acknowledgment loop (real incident, honest write-up, what we changed). Both drop together, end of next month.

That's the month. The next edition lands at the start of June.
