Our commitment

We design and build this website to be perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for the widest possible range of people, including those who use assistive technology. Our target conformance standard is the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, and we work to meet the requirements of the AODA's Integrated Accessibility Standards Regulation.

What we've done

  • Complete reduced-motion path. If your device requests reduced motion, every animation, scroll effect, and visual flourish is disabled and the page is delivered as a calm, fully readable static experience.
  • Works without JavaScript. All content is present and legible before any script runs; motion only ever enhances a page that is already complete.
  • Keyboard operable. Every interactive control can be reached and used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a "skip to content" link.
  • Sufficient contrast. Text colours meet or exceed the WCAG AA contrast ratio on both our dark and light backgrounds; brand colours that don't meet text contrast are reserved for non-text decoration.
  • Semantic structure. Proper landmarks, a logical heading order, descriptive link text, form labels, and alternative text for meaningful images.
  • Decorative visuals hidden from assistive tech. WebGL scenes and ornamental graphics are marked as decorative so screen readers skip them.
  • Responsive and zoom-friendly. The site reflows cleanly from small phones to large displays and remains usable at 200% zoom.

Ongoing effort

Accessibility is a continuous practice, not a one-time fix. We test with keyboard navigation, automated tooling, and screen-reader spot checks as part of how we ship, and we treat accessibility defects as bugs to be fixed. We also review accessibility when we add new pages or features.

Known limitations

Some immersive visual effects are intentionally suppressed under reduced-motion and on lower-powered devices. If you encounter content that is not fully accessible to you, please tell us — we will provide the information in an accessible format and prioritise a fix.

Feedback and requests (AODA feedback mechanism)

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this site, and we will respond and, where possible, resolve issues promptly. If you need information from this site in an alternative accessible format, or want to report a barrier, contact us:
