Accessibility statement
eVamb Technologies is committed to making our products usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology. This statement describes what we test, what we commit to, and how to report a barrier.
1 · Our standard
We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance across our marketing site (evamb.com), neekOS, Connext, Connext Doctors, and Connext Refer. We treat accessibility as one of the five compliance gates every product output passes through — alongside brand voice, factual grounding, policy, and human-readability.
2 · What we test
- Keyboard-only navigation across every page and interactive element.
- Screen-reader compatibility (NVDA, VoiceOver, JAWS). Tested at every major release.
- Colour contrast ratios — text vs background — verified against WCAG AA (4.5:1 body, 3:1 large text).
- Focus indicators visible on every interactive element. No `outline:none` without a replacement.
- Motion preferences — `prefers-reduced-motion` honoured (decorative animations and 3D backdrop pause).
- Form-field labels, error messages, and required-field indicators per WCAG 3.3.
3 · Known limitations
We track and prioritize known accessibility gaps as bugs. Current known items:
- The hero 3D particle backdrop is decorative and pauses with `prefers-reduced-motion`, but is not yet user-toggleable inside the site.
- Some legacy long-form blog posts have not yet been re-audited against the new design system.
4 · Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility barrier on any eVamb property, please email accessibility@evamb.com with: the page, the issue, and (if you can) the assistive technology you were using. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to ship a fix within 14 days for high-impact issues, 30 days for others.
5 · Procurement requests
