Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of the websites and products operated by eVamb Technologies Inc., including evamb.com, neekos.evamb.com, connext.evamb.com, connextdoctors.evamb.com, connextrefer.evamb.com, and any product workspace operated under those domains (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1 · Acceptance
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. If you use the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
2 · The Service
The Service includes (a) the marketing website at evamb.com, (b) the neekOS Business AI Suite at neekos.evamb.com, (c) the Connext business-networking platform at connext.evamb.com, (d) Connext Doctors at connextdoctors.evamb.com, (e) Connext Refer at connextrefer.evamb.com, and (f) ancillary tools, dashboards, and APIs we make available. Features evolve.
3 · Your account
You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Use a strong password. Don't share credentials. Notify us at privacy@evamb.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
4 · Acceptable use
You must NOT: (i) upload content you don't have rights to share; (ii) post fraudulent listings; (iii) scrape, mirror, or reverse-engineer the Service; (iv) attempt to compromise the security or availability of the Service; (v) use the Service to harass, discriminate, defame, or violate any applicable law; (vi) use voice-agent capabilities to make calls without proper consent and DNC compliance; (vii) use Connext Doctors to share patient data outside the originating clinic and named recipient.
5 · Your content
You retain ownership of everything you upload. You grant eVamb a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to process your content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you. We do not sell your content or use it to train third-party models.
6 · Payment and billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually through our payment processor. Annual plans may include a Founding-cohort discount while seats remain. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future billing but does not refund the current period unless required by law.
7 · Service availability
We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where reasonably possible. We are not liable for outages caused by third-party infrastructure providers on which the Service depends.
8 · Health-specific terms (Connext Doctors)
Connext Doctors is a referral-coordination tool. We are NOT a healthcare provider, do not give medical advice, and accept no liability for clinical decisions. Clinics using Connext Doctors are independently responsible for their PIPEDA, PHIPA, HIPAA, and provincial-college obligations. We operate as a Business Associate where applicable.
9 · Termination
You may delete your account at any time by emailing privacy@evamb.com. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. On termination, we delete personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. Connext Doctors audit logs retained 7 years).
10 · Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. AI-generated outputs are produced by language models and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for any business or clinical decision.
11 · Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, eVamb's total liability under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages.
12 · Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Toronto, Ontario.
13 · Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes are announced by email (for account holders) and an in-app banner. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
